Great location and comfortable.
We loved the history of ‘The Monkey Tower’. Room was great and was a good location for everything.
The locking system. Took me ages to work it out and wasn’t easy with all my bags etc to open doors. Make sure you have free hands to scan with your phone and turn the handle at the same time. Also scan your phone on the front door.

Beautiful room in a great spot
Great location near piazza novana! beautiful room with a mini fridge, great shower, and very helpful staff. I was allowed to leave my luggage in Monti on arrival as I got to Rome in the morning then when I returned the reception rang me a taxi and gave me tips about the area.
The key codes didn’t work for the doors. We used the same system in Venice and never had a problem, but here, we could never get in. The reception was only a phone call away and they always answered and helped us get in though. This was the only problem we had during our stay.
